Changes from 28 June 2008
Improved Service
The service on The Lancashire Way has been improved, with many journeys now serving Blackburn.
At off-peak times on Mondays to Fridays, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, The Lancashire Way now commences from Blackburn Boulevard, heading towards Accrington along Accrington Road and Blackburn Road, serving Intack and Oswaldtwistle (West End).
A limited service is provided from and to Whalley and Great Harwood at peak times on Mondays to Fridays.
At other times of day, and at weekends, customers can use Route 225 (from Whalley), changing buses in Blackburn, or SpotOn Routes 6/7 (from Great Harwood), changing buses in Accrington. Either way, a 1-Day Gold ticket offers a fantastic deal, and you only need to pay once!
Sundays
In general, the timetable is similar to that run previously, but some adjustments have been made, with a number of journeys now running slightly earlier or later than before, so please check the timetable carefully for times of buses that you normally use.
