May 2007 – Launch of 'Spot On'
Spot On is the new bus service for Blackburn, Oswaldtwistle and Accrington, perfect for getting around easily, wherever you have to go and whatever you have to do.
Replacing the Hyndburn Circular, spot on routes 6 and 7 run all day long from early in the morning, 7 days a week, with buses up to every 10 minutes or less along some roads.
