Summary of Changes – 20 September 2009
- We’ve invested £150,000 in route 225 with the introduction of an additional vehicle, which will allow a little more time in the timetable and will improve reliability.
- Buses on route 225 still run every 30 minutes during the day on Mondays to Saturdays, but times of buses from many stops have changed, so please check the timetable carefully for new times of your journey.
- In Roe Lee the route on Monday to Saturday daytimes has been altered, with all buses now running via Emerald Avenue and Brownhill Drive.
- Times of buses on Sundays haven’t changed.
- Buses on route 225 are co-ordinated with spoton routes

Summary of Changes – 4 October 2009
- To update previous information, we are pleased to announce that there were no changes to the timetable for buses on route 225 from Sunday 4th October.
- Some journeys on Monday to Saturday evenings and on Sundays that were previously run on contract to Lancashire County Council are now run commercially.
- A small number of journeys on Monday to Saturday evenings and on Sundays still run with financial assistance from Lancashire County Council.
- The good news for customers is that as were still running all the buses on route 225, our range of spoton and gold tickets will still be valid on all journeys.
